Update June 3, 2007: We are very saddened to report that Sylvie
passed quickly and suddenly. Her foster mom came home one night to
find that she had gone to the Rainbow Bridge. Please read her story by
clicking on her link.
Update: Sylvie has blossomed into a wonderful affectionate, social
girl, who is not shy about hoping up in your lap and hanging out on
the couch!
Howdy! I'm Sylvie!
I'm a stunning 2 yr old, dark brown agouti and white Mini Lop, approx 5-6lbs.
I have had a very lonely life. Purchased as a gift for a child, by
their relative, I was at first given lots of attention. Then the
"newness" wore off, and I became "work" and just an after thought.
So there I stayed in a wire cage, in the garage. No toys, hay or
companionship. Per request of a fellow rescuer, 3 Bunnies took me in!!
Now I love to play, eat lots of hay, and I have become....."Queen of
the Bunny Flops"! Yes my foster mom says she has never seen such
impressive flops. Oh yeah, and I'm really enjoying stretching out in
my haybox. I'm now getting exercise and lots of attention, which I'm a
bit shy about, but that will pass. Do you like my big long floppy
ears, and my own dewlap pillow!! Yes, I'm adorable (Hee Hee). I would
love a forever home that will give plenty of TLC!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for reading!!
Sylvie
