Update May 1, 2011: Sage is now almost a year old. She is very much a people person, but has decided she does not care for dogs or other rabbits. Sage is impeccable with her litter habits. She is a BIG sweetheart of a bun that would bring joy to any home.

This adorable baby girl, approx 8-10 weeks old, is a brownish grey Flemish/NZ mix. Sage is part of numerous rabbits dumped in a Newington CT neighborhood. 3 Bunnies volunteers were able to catch six of the rabbits, and evidence was found that several had been killed by wild animals.

Hi there, my name is Sage. I'm a sweet, but playful little girl. Hey, what do you think about my ears! They are about as big as I am. Yup, I'm going to be a big bunny.

I'm glad to be in a safe place now, and I so enjoy stretching out for a nice long snooze. I'm getting the hang of using that thing my foster mom calls a litterbox, but I was thinking.....shouldn't it be called a pooper box, oh well. I would love to find a forever home, where I will always be loved.

Thanks for reading!!
Sage
