Any information provided to us in the course of any correspondence (including adoption applications) is kept strictly confidential and we do not share this information with anyone, except in the course of helping someone at their request. Only our volunteers have access to any of that information, and then only those who are in contact with you. For legal protection, we also retain the right to provide such contact information to our attorney(s) at law in order to protect our own interests, solely for the purposes establishing legally-binding communication between ourselves and our complainant's legal representation.

3 Bunnies is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and adoption of unwanted rabbits. Any information provided to us is used solely for that purpose. We don't have any business affiliation with any organization and we don't accept any advertising anywhere on our site.

3 Bunnies does not support or participate in any link-back (aka link exchange) programs. We try our best not to link to any sites that are supported by advertising by creating a lot of "pop-up" and "pop-under" browser windows because this is a waste of resources on your computer, confusing to many web users, annoying to all, and contrary to our efforts to educate people about bunnies.

3 Bunnies is funded strictly by private donations that are tax-deductable. We will soon officially have 501(c)(3) status. We do not advertise for anyone, and in the vets section, only those vets for whom members of 3 Bunnies have high regard are listed. We do not accept random contributions to that page and we reserve the right to add or remove any listing at any time for any reason.

3 Bunnies reserves the right to request references from applicants/ potential adopters/fosterers. All information about these references and the information obtained in contact with them will be held in as high a confidence as any other contact information provided to us. Please note that no information about our website visitors is stored anywhere, except for server logs that are only stored for 7 (seven) days. They show nothing more than the page viewed and the IP address of the viewer, and do not identify the viewer in any personal way. All names listed on the site, such as adopters and benefactors, are listed with explicit permission and/or as requested by those who are listed.

In all cases where people are shown in photos, we have obtained the permission to use the images on our website.
