The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

• To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
• To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
• To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

Pepper

	Adopted September 25, 2005 by Joanna and Brett Who could resist that face! Pepper is a neutered silver/grey Angora, approx. 3yrs old. Pepper is a former therapy rabbit, having been retired, after showing stress. An area shelter asked if 3 Bunnies could take him, due to the additional stress of the shelter, causing him to loose his coat (plus he had suffered the loss of his mate). Seen by a vet, and given a complete work up, the vet also determined stress was causing the problem. Pepper is a very social, loving guy, who is just as happy as can be, to be getting lots of TLC and fresh veggies in 3 Bunnies foster care. Pepper would be even happier to have a permanent home, where he will be showered with attention, and maybe even have a new bunny friend!! (Pepper is an Angora, and does require daily grooming).
