Update March 2012: Ozzie & Harry are fully
recovered. Both have healthy appetites & really enjoy
munching away in their haybox. They love cardboard
boxes & will spend all day "redesigning" them. Ozzie
(grey) is a bit of a goofy guy doing binkys in not the
most graceful manner. Harry is a bit more laid back,
often just watching Ozzie's silly antics. Both are
sweet boys, but a still timid. A rabbit experienced
home would be best for these big buns.
Recently 3 Bunnies was called to help with two rabbits found lying
on the side of the road. When we retrieved the rabbits, they were
literally skeletons and both had terrible scabbed and bloody ears
from mite infestation. Ozzie, the grey bun, was in much worse
shape and could barely keep from tipping over. They were brought
to the vet and medical care was given. Both Ozzie and Harry are
slowly recovering and we hope that in time they will be fully
recovered.
Ozzie and Harry are up for sponsorship.
