The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

  • To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
  • To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
  • To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

Nutmeg - A sweet grey female Mini Rex. 4 years old and approx 5lbs.

Hi all, I'm Nutmeg. I'm a beautiful girl with a velvet coat and big dark eyes. I like to throw around my play toys and see if you can catch them! I do not mind being held and I really enjoy body rubs. Now, I have been on a diet because when I came into 3 Bunnies I was a bit on the "plump" side. I have lost weight and I'm feeling much more active. I have been around a dog before, and would be ok with a nice gentle dog. i also would not mind a bunny friend.

I hope I find my forever home, maybe yours!
