Hello, my name is Luna Lovegood.
I am an 8-10 week old English spotted mix. I was in the woods at UCONN
Health Center, don't know how I got there, but I was dirty, hungry,
tired, and very scared. I had a big gash on my paw. I saw some people
going to work and they looked nice so I just ran to them as fast as I
could and reached my little hurt paw out toward them. I made the right
choice because they scooped me right up and brought me to the State
Police. The officer was so nice, she hugged me and told me I was safe,
then called her friends at 3bunnies who took me right in and gave me
the best hay, pellets, and fresh greens I have ever had.
After only 24 hours, I was using my litter box and was putting on
weight. I could have done without the full bath they gave me, but
since my foster Mom stopped calling me stinky bun after the bath, I
suppose it was worth it. After only 10 days with 3 bunnies, this
awesome family came to visit and I melted their hearts. I LOVE to be
held and snuggled, and they did just that. Off I went to start a great
life with my new forever family. Don't you just love a happy ending? I
sure do!
Love,
Luna Luvgood
