About Us

3 Bunnies Rabbit Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit organization dependent on donations to help us rescue unwanted domestic rabbits and educate the public on rabbit care. We are a network of foster homes located in New England and New York.

The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

• To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
• To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
• To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

Update May 15, 2006: Honey had to have dental surgery, and although it was a rough few days, she has recovered wonderfully, and is being spayed. This little girl will follow you around like a puppy dog!

Hi there. I'm Honey Bun. I'm a young beautiful Mini Rex (approx 4lbs), and just like my name, I'm as sweet as honey!!!! I enjoy playing and interacting with people, and getting kisses and ear messages.

I did have a home, but my person became ill, and relatives had to take care of me and my friend. Sadly before making it to the local shelter, my bun friend died. Once in the shelter, it was noticed that my teeth were curled, so they had them trimmed, then I could start to eat normally

I then went into 3 Bunnies rescue, where I'm getting lots of TLC! I would really like a new forever home!!
