About Us

3 Bunnies Rabbit Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit organization dependent on donations to help us rescue unwanted domestic rabbits and educate the public on rabbit care. We are a network of foster homes located in New England and New York.

The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

• To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
• To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
• To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

Hi everyone, I'm Diamond, and I'm a very social female Jersey Wooly!

I love attention, and I'll run right up to you when you come into the room. I love to be petted and to nuzzle up to you. I also love my veggies, and Kale is my favorite!

I'm very playful, and my favorite game is to climb on top of things and play "Queen of the Mountain" - I would love a home where I will have plenty of room to run and lots of things to climb on. I have to admit, though, that I also like chewing on carpets, so I'll need a space where there aren't carpets. I'm a bunny, so I need something to chew on, but hay, chew toys, and untreated pieces of wood will suit me just fine.

I have excellent litterbox habits. Please keep in mind, since I am a long-haired fuzzybunny, I need to be groomed every day to keep my fur looking and feeling its best, and to stay healthy.

I want so much to find a loving forever home where I can be happy and love my family. Are you the family that will take me home?

We've discovered that Diamond loves to chew on carpets, so he will need to a family who can give him an area without carpets.
