The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

• To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
• To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
• To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

Hello,

My name is Dasher. I am an adorable little mini dwarf who was found just before Christmas time in somebody's yard in Tolland. The nice family picked me up but could not keep me and fortunately found 3bunnies who is now caring for me and helping me to find my forever family. I am warm and well fed, but I spend my day dreaming of that special family that will include me, who will greet me happily each morning as I run up to them and get the petting, hugs, and loving I so rightly deserve.

I like to be pet, have a very cute adorable disapproving look as rabbits should. We don't mean to look disapproving, we are just born this way - LOL. I like to be held and I am perfect with my litter box now that i have been neutered. Yeah, about that.....okay, it is in the past so I will just let it go!

Please come and meet me, you are sure to fall head over heels as I will with you.

Update February 17, 2009: Dasher was adopted but had to be returned because he is afraid of cats, so he will need to go to a home with no cats or dogs.
