Update September 21, 2006: Cricket has had his sutures removed (front
shoulder down leg) and is on the road to recovery!! Cricket has been
such a good little guy throughout everything, now he just needs his
forever home!!
Howdy, I'm Cricket! I'm a gentle, sweet baby (approximately
4 months old), about 2 lbs, right now. I'm a handsome muted brownish grey.
I so enjoy having my ears rubbed, my body massaged, and a good amount
of face kisses. I'm still young, so I get "squirmy" when you hold me. I
love to run and jump and relax in my hay box, where I can pop up and
peek at you.
I also had a rough start, as I also came from the seizure case
Willow did. I would be such a great addition to any family, wont
you give me a chance!!
Thanks for reading!!
Cricket
NOTE: It is believed that Cricket may be Willow's baby (along with
others seized). Cricket was found to have a scab on his shoulder
(his male siblings and him had a tussle), and his shoulder and front
leg were swollen. He just had surgery to clean out the abcess under
the skin. He will need recheck and suture removal in the next couple
of weeks, but came thru the surgery like a little trooper.
