About Us

3 Bunnies Rabbit Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit organization dependent on donations to help us rescue unwanted domestic rabbits and educate the public on rabbit care. We are a network of foster homes located in New England and New York.

The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

• To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
• To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
• To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

Cosmo & Celeste

These two beautiful, male & female, snow white New Zealands, under a year old, approx 7-8lbs are an adorable pair. Found on the streets of Waterbury CT, they were brought to a cat rescue/shelter who contacted 3 Bunnies.

Cosmo has an old break to his front leg, but it does not stop him from doing binkies, and playing. He is a real sweet, gentle bun, who loves attention.

Celeste is a sweet girl with a bit of a "feisty" side. Full of adventure and playfulness.

"Hi everyone, Celeste here. Cosmo and I are such a fun pair. We love attention, and would bring joy to any home. We haven't had the best start in life, and poor Cosmo had his leg hurt, so he kind of depends on me, but thats ok, cause I love him. We like to climb in our cardboard castle and see who can do the silliest binky (Cosmo wins!, Hee Hee). Could you be our forever home?"
