About Us

3 Bunnies Rabbit Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit organization dependent on donations to help us rescue unwanted domestic rabbits and educate the public on rabbit care. We are a network of foster homes located in New England and New York.

The primary goals of 3 Bunnies are:

• To rescue abandoned, unwanted, and abused rabbits without prejudice to age, gender, breed, type, or other issues; to provide foster care; to spay and neuter; to provide medical and rehabilitative care; to find permanent quality indoor homes for them;
• To educate the public and assist humane societies, animal control officers, and other rescues, in teaching proper rabbit care to the public;
• To reduce, primarily by public education, the number of rabbits abandoned at shelters and / or turned loose when no longer wanted.

This stunning 1yr old female Lionhead was surrendered to a shelter after her people no longer wanted her. Beauty is black with a tan under belly, and a little white "tuft" on her neck. Approx. 4-5lbs

Hello, I was kind of confused and scared at the shelter, but now Im starting to relax. Im a bit unsure of things until I get to know you, but Im really a good bun. I dont mind being held, and "WOW" head rubs really do feel nice!

Im starting to do some amazing binkies. Straight up in the air! Now up with a half twist, then a full airborn body stretch, ending with a head shake......PHEW! My foster mom asked me if I thought I was training for the Olympics..............hey, not a bad idea!

Beauty would be best in an adult home, as she is still nervous at times, but give her a chance, and she will fill your heart with love.
