Sometimes bunnies need extra care before being adopted out. Abby was
surrendered at a shelter because her owner was going to college. Too
bad her owner did not think about her future life before not making a
committment to her pet. Abby is almost 3 years old. She was getting
depressed being at a shelter too long... a big bun in a small cage. Many
big buns get overlooked.
Abby was currently on a diet in foster care as she came into 3 Bunnies
very overweight. She is a sweet big girl who prefers a quiet
home. Abby has lost her excess weight. A great beautiful
girl.
Update: We are very sad to say Abby was doing well in foster
care all this time but suddenly took a turn for the worst. She
suddenly got very ill and died. Abby will be greatly missed by all
who knew her. Sometimes they just don't make it. Health, past living
conditions and the unexpected can take our precious rabbits from us.
Abby, we love you! We miss you!
